Forest Heights Park

We are the Forest Heights Park Home Owners Association (HOA). It is our mission to be the caretakers of our community as it grows over time. As a Home Owners Association, we work to secure, beautify and plan for the future of the Forest Heights community.

Mission: The mission of FHPHOA is to take an ethical and objective approach to initiatives that strengthen our bond and help maintain a safe, friendly and attractive community that fosters cooperation and respect for each other.

Vision: We envision an Association of neighbors who represent a high standard of living and who cooperatively work together to increase property values and promote a spirit of respect and love for the community, families and friends.

Forest Heights Park Homeowners Association (FHPHOA) recently had a name change from El Parque Club to FHPHOA, effective May 10, 2022. A homeowners association is a formal legal entity created to maintain common areas and have the legal authority to enact and enforce maintenance and design standards in addition to those established by City Ordinances.

FHPHOA became a part of the Crime Prevention and Neighborhood Improvement District in 2015 as a result of homeowners’ approval. An annual fee from each homeowner is collected by the EBR Parish Sheriff Tax Collector’s Office, who retains a collection fee and remits the balance to the Association. These fees are earmarked for crime prevention, safety and beautification only!

FHPHOA is a member of the Federation of Greater Baton Rouge Civic Associations that represents EBR Parish homeowners and studies issues relating to existing and proposed codes and ordinances. Its mission is to educate its members so that they can take appropriate actions to preserve property values and the character and integrity of their neighborhoods.
